Peppermint essential oil

The beneficial properties of this plant for the digestive system have been used since ancient times. However, in aromatherapy, its properties are different and, at the same time, very potent. Peppermint is rich in menthol, which is one of the main components of its essential oil. It gives it its particular smell and freshness when we apply it to the skin. Used in the proper doses, always small, it has an extraordinarily refreshing and invigorating effect.
